My name is Carl Spector, I have been practicing criminal law since 1986. I was an Assistant District Attorney for 6 years in Bronx County, New York learning all about how the prosecutors office and the police work within the criminal justice system.
Since 1992 I have applied all that I have learned to assist my clients to get the best possible results in the courtroom. I have tried many complex criminal cases ranging from arson to murder. I pride myself on communicating accurately and often with my clients to empower them through a stressful and confusing system.
I received my B.A. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and my law degree (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. I am a member of the bar in New York, New Jersey and Florida (inactive).
I am currently a Municipal Prosecutor in a large Bergen County community since 2009.I have written and taught a New York State certified Continuing Legal Education course to assist other attorneys to represent clients in the field of criminal law. I have offices in New York and New Jersey.
